Warranty Terms: To avail warranty For products requiring installation Spyder Craft authorized personnel. All products covered under a 1-year manufacturing defect warranty Warranty will be valid only when the original purchase invoice is presented at the time of service. The warranty will cover only functional parts having manufacturing defects, termite & fungus, color fading & product failure. Not Covered in Warranty Warranty is non-transferrable, valid only in the territory of India, and extended only to the first end-user customer (Customer). Warranty does not cover damage caused to the product due to misuse, tampering, natural calamity, negligence, unauthorized usage, continuous contact of water, improper installation by customer, or normal wear and tear caused due to use of product. Correct and complete product (with the original brand/product ID/undetected MRP tag/product's original packaging/freebies and accessories). FAQ of Returned Refund or Warranty Terms-

 

Section #1: What does this Warranty Policy cover?

 

Covers any defects in materials used to manufacture your product.

Covers any defects in workmanship under normal use.

Covers Any Defects in assembly concern.

 

Section #2: What will you do to correct problems?

 

Need to Share images of damage article or parts within given return policy time frame.

The company will repair the product, at no cost, if the product is still under warranty.

The company will repair any broken parts of a product using new or replacement parts

The product will be exchanged with a new product.

The price of product will be refunded in case our authorized technician validates and provide valid reason for refund.

 

Section #3: How long does the coverage last?

 

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from My Company is 365 days from the date of purchase.

 

Section #4: What does this Warranty Policy not cover?

 

Damage of a product resulting from negligence.

Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product.

Damage caused by natural disaster.

Theft or loss of the product.

Product must be returned in its original packaging, or if the customer can send it in any package

Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) is required - Customer must keep the product original packaging until return period not get expired.

Documents or accessories that shipped with the product must be included in the package
